Terms & Conditions:


Please be aware by making an appointment you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions at Lucia Hair Art. The cost of a service, this is an estimate based on the service discussed. As we are a bespoke salon, costs will vary depending on the level of services received. We understand that your needs and requirements may change on the day, we are happy to meet those needs at an extra cost that may fall outside of the original quotation.

Appointments Cancellations & No Shows:


An appointment reminder will be sent out by text message and/or email 48 hours before your appointment, so you can change, confirm or cancel by telephoning us immediately. If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, please inform us straight away. This enables us to allocate your appointment time to someone else.

We charge for cancelled appointments / No shows if we are not notified within 48 hours and paid deposits will be lost.

Refund Policy - Products & Gift Vouchers:


We cannot give refunds on any products/ gift vouchers sold due to health and safety and hygiene reasons. If there is a fault with a product we can send it back to the manufacturer for review.

  1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. This expiry date is set and cannot be altered. The gift voucher expiration date will be stated on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be used after the expiry date.
  2. If an appointment cannot be found before the expiration date and inadequate notice has been given, then the voucher will be void.
  3. Vouchers cannot be post dated.
  4. Unused voucher values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
  5. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against products.
  6. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons or cards.
  7. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
  8. If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card.
  9. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. If you suspect an unauthorised activity.

Refund Policy - Services:


Our treatments are carried out by  qualified stylists. If you are unsatisfied with a treatment you have received, please bring it to the attention of your stylist  and follow our complaints procedure as detailed below. We do not give refunds on any treatments however we will look into your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Age Restrictions:


We are only able to provide colour treatments to those over 16.

Pricing:


While we do all we can to keep our website and price lists updated, treatments and prices are subject to change without warning. All our prices are inclusive of VAT.

Salon Etiquette:


  • We believe all our clients have the right to be heard and respected.
  • We also believe that our staff have the right to work in a safe environment free from any abuse or harm.
  • We expect our clients to treat our staff with courtesy and respect at all times.
  • We reserve the right to report and refuse to treat any one using aggressive or abusive behaviour.
